The Director of Finance and Admin is the MOH officer responsible for all aspects of the MoH operations management, logistics and accounting function, ensuring compliance with financial accounting and reporting policies, procedures and standards set out in the PFM law and where required in conformance to international partner’s requirements. He/ she is responsible for the overall technical, administrative, and financial management of the Department. 

The incumbent is responsible for providing leadership and vision for achieving goals of the Department. He/ She shall be responsible for providing technical and professional support
